In the unlikely event that a delivered product (including special order items) is faulty or damaged, please follow the Supplier’s Return Policy. Please notify YakhaSquare, of the product’s fault within 48 hours of it being collected-by or delivered-to you. When applicable, all refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product/s.

Please follow the Supplier’s Return Policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your must have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once the Supplier has received and accepted your return, they will initiate your refund with YakhaSquare. You will receive your refund from YakhaSquare within 14 days via the payment method used to place the order.
